International Orders

Non-EU Destinations
All orders to non EU destinations are charged minus VAT.
In order to see VAT exclusive prices you will need to be signed in to an account on axecaster.co.uk with a registered address outside of the UK. If using the PayPal Express button without being signed in to an account you will only see the total price once redirected from Paypal back to the checkout to select a shipping method and confirm the order.
Taxes
Any duty and VAT or tax due is the responsibility of the customer and will be collected from the customer upon import to the destination country by the carrier. There may also be administration fees charged by the carrier for clearing customs which will vary between carriers. Axecaster has no control over these fees and will not under declare order values on Customs Declarations.

EU Orders
Duty should only be due on shipments with a value over 150 euro.
Taxes
We are now IOSS registered and can collect relevant VAT on orders up to a pre-tax value of 150 euro. This will save time and administration charges - your orders should now arrive with you directly without any delay for VAT collection. In order for the correct tax to be charged you must be signed in to an Axecaster account with a shipping address within the EU. Prices will be displayed including your country’s relevant VAT rate. During checkout the shopping cart calculates the exchange rate to determine the 150 euro limit and displays prices below the limit including relevant VAT. Orders with a value over 150 euros will have VAT removed during checkout and continue to be charged and sent net/without tax with the recipient responsible for payment of tax/duty/administration fees upon import. Orders will be charged in GBP regardless which currency is selected for display.

EU business customers
If you are VAT registered and wish to be able to reverse charge your VAT on orders under 150 euros please contact us with your order and VAT/EORI numbers and we will provide you with a business invoice net of VAT.
