Shipping & Returns

We endeavour to ship non-courier orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding National Holidays) the same day. During busy periods dispatch time may be extended to next working day.
Courier orders received before 08:00am Monday - Friday (excluding National Holidays) will be shipped the same day.
All courier and body/neck orders require a contact telephone number.
"Courier" services are all non-Royal Mail services, including Parcelforce.

Timed shipping services are only available Monday-Friday up to 1pm unless otherwise stated.
Timed services purchased outside of these times will be shipped next working day and may result in a delay in delivery e.g Special Delivery (Next Working Day) selected on a Friday after 1pm will be dispatched Monday.
Unless otherwise stated all timed services exclude Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays as working days and do not count towards estimated delivery time e.g Special Delivery (Next Working Day) selected Friday before 1pm will be dispatched Friday for delivery Monday.
Some Channel Island destinations may have different delivery times for these services. See Royal Mail's website for details/exclusions.
Safe Place: if you nominate a "safe place" for your order in the event you are not available to receive it, Axecaster will not be liable for any loss or damage for that order once delivered to the nominated location.
Axecaster will not be liable for refund/replacement/redelivery or refund of original carriage charges for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Axecaster will not be liable for refund of shipping costs for returned orders in the following circumstances; non-collection from carrier depot/collection point, refusal to pay import charges or failure to correspond with carrier in a timely manner resulting in return.

Free economy shipping is offered on all mainland UK and Northern Ireland orders of £25 or more. Faster/premium options are available.

For all international destinations postage & packaging is charged based on the weight and size of your order.
Overseas destinations for which our shipping estimator does not return a price, please contact us with your requirements for exact shipping costs. We will find the best quote and email you the price. If you wish to proceed with the order we will email you a Paypal invoice with the the correct shipping charge applied.
You do not need a Paypal account, you may pay by debit or credit card.
Please note: Some remote areas (e.g. Greek Islands) may incur a courier surcharge that is not shown by the shipping estimator. In such instances we will contact you for instruction (e.g. use alternative carrier etc)

All duties/taxes payable on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Axecaster will not under declare values on customs forms.

Please contact us prior to returning any items.
If any of your goods are faulty or damaged, we ask that you return the item/s to us & we will refund or replace them, whichever you would prefer. We will of course refund the return postage costs on any faulty or damaged items.

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (June 13th 2014) consumers have the right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase & no longer require it you may return it for a refund. You must notify us of your wish to cancel the transaction by email within 14 days after the day of receipt. Items must be returned in the same new unaltered condition and, where applicable, with the original packaging,documentation and any accessories, within 14 days of you informing us of your desire to cancel the transaction. We will refund the original purchase price including original standard delivery costs in full. In the event of premium or enhanced delivery service being chosen by the purchaser we will refund the equivalent of standard delivery costs only.
Return postage is at your expense.
Items returned for exchange due to "change of mind" will also incur postage costs for the exchanged item.
Orders returned due to incorrect address provided/inability to deliver/refused delivery will incur postage costs for re-delivery. Original postage costs will not be re-imbursed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Incorrect or damaged orders
In the event an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered please inform us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
