We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via Pay Pal. Goods will be dispatched when funds that have been paid to Axecaster have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions are carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Axecaster monitor prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Axecaster reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Additional discounts (coupons, group pricing etc) cannot be used on sale or reduced price items.

Your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible and within 2 working days at the latest.
If you nominate a "safe place" for your order in the event you are not available to receive it, you agree Axecaster will not be liable for any loss or damage for that order once delivered to the nominated location.
Axecaster will not be liable for refund/replacement/redelivery or refund of original carriage charges for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Orders
All duties/taxes and/or fees payable on international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. For more information click here.

Items Lost In Transit
All orders are fully covered for loss or damage in transit. You agree to abide by the carrier's investigation process/timeline for items lost in transit. Axecaster may re-send or refund before the carrier process/timeline is concluded as a gesture of good will. Should item/s that have been declared lost and refunded/replaced eventually be delivered you agree to either return the item/s to Axecaster or pay for said item/s.

Incorrect or damaged orders
In the event an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered please inform us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
